Same here.... considering it creates relatively good HP at a modest price it's a no brainer. !!!

Get Methanol from VP Racing Fuels

They have plenty of distributors in Queensland and you can buy it in drums.
Get the VP-M1 as it's pure Methanol.

The Vishnu kit includes the intake elbow and everything else and I have been told the price will be going up shortly...

Extra 30-40whp as well as cleaning the engine sounds pretty good to me.

Might call one of the distributors to see if they onsell smaller quantites of meth. Thanks for the link.

Could try Adrian at Vishnu or Andrew at SouthernBM, but not sure there'd be enough interest. Then you unfortunately run into trouble when the incoming parcel is over $1,000aud.

I'm considering jumping on this soon before the price goes up.

Had a look at QLD transport and NOS is illegal, but no mention of race gas, meth or biofuels. I suspect it's a touchy subject though - good thing I only plan to use it at the track
