Interest in E92 carbon roof for cars with sun roof

Trying to see if we could generate more interest in the CF roof if we can get it made in the US. As some of you might be aware, IND has designed and commissioned the manufacturing of the first CF roof WITHOUT sunroof cutout for the E90. You can see more detail in this thread:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=312294

Some of you probably remember we tried to get something similar done earlier last year but there weren't enough interest because of cost.

I have been in touch with Nate and Ilia @ IND and we are trying to get a carbon roof that is similar to E90 roof made for the E92 but it will come with a cutout to fit the E92s that has the factory sunroof.

The cost of this roof is gonna about USD$1400.

Midwest folks can get it installed at IND and the rest of us can probably get it installed at a local body shop specializing in BMW.

IND is interested in getting this made if we can muster up 4-5 people. There are at least 2-3 people interested over in M3 Post so we need another 2-3 people commit on this side to get this going. If you are SERIOUSLY INTERESTED (READ: READY TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT), reply to this thread or PM me, I'll tally it up and send the list over to Nate @ IND.

Thank you for your time and interest!

I'd rather not have the sunroof cutout at all... We'd at least see some kind of weight savings by deleting the glass. I think the price pt is pretty good IMO...

You can simply get the OEM M3 roof if you want to get that........ Readily available and no fuss.

Can't imagine the labor to install a roof would be reasonable.

$2k plus for a slightly lowered center of gravity isn't my idea of bang for the buck, but it is a baller mod.
