Unhappy Poor quality Bimmian floor mats

I purchased the set of Bimmian floor mats from JLevi in early November of last year. The driver side floor mat is just not holding up well at all under the right foot. Take a look at the pics below. The carpeting is shedding away and a hole is being worn into the mat at the heel. Certainly not what I expected after five months. The OEM carpet mats didn't show this type of wear and they have been in the car since new w/ 28K miles. These only have 7K. Buyer beware save your $60 or so. No I'm not wearing cowboy boots.

I recently bought a set of OEM rubber mats from a user on here and they are great.

Have you tried to contact them regarding this excessive wear?

Cal @ JLevi sent me a PM and arranged to have a new set of mats sent out to me. Great customer service. I will inspect the new mats and see if they are made any different and report back.

Just take off your high heels when driving.
