Is this a good deal? '07 335i

I found this on craigslist here in St. Louis:

'07 335i, sport, premium, black on black aluminum trim, 28,500 miles. Aftermarket wheels and tires, and dinan stage 2, auto with paddles, no cwp or navi

Asking $25,500 firm

I looked at the car today and the exterior is in excellent shape as well as the tires and the leather seats. The aluminum trim in dinged and scratched in some spots, but not terrible. Car has 9 mos warranty left and is not cpo'd. Most dealers around here are selling 335i's for $30k or more.

What do you think?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

That is a clean car. I am in the market for an e90 335i myself but am on a budget so I am trying to stay around $23k. The best i can find in my area (Houston) is at $23k with about 50k miles with no mods. With the wheels, Dinan tune, and the lower milage, I would jump on that deal were my financial situation a little more forgiving. The ONLY thing that would make me hesitate is the color. Nothing looks as good as black when its clean, trouble is keeping it clean....its just not possible.

Th price is good - The question is do you want to buy a modded car? I am not sure if the Dinan warranty is transferrable or still in effect, but I would tend to look for a stock 335i then throw a tune on if you want. BMW will not warranty the engine after a Dinan tune.

Thanks for the replies.

I was able to get him down to $25k and I bought it yesterday. I got it detailed and it looks almost brand new inside and out, and you can definitely feel the extra power from the tune. The dinan warranty is transferrable, however I don't know that it's extendable beyond the 4yr/50k but I'll worry about that later. BTW, I love this car.
