When you think Turbo, how can you forget Active Autowerke! Here comes trouble....

Hey guys, I am kind of new to this board. I have been lurking around for quite a bit. Reading a lot of posts, gathering information. Best suspension upgrades, etc..... Well, I used to work at Active Autowerke and I stopped by there today and what did I see?!?! The red 335i test car on the dyno with a brand new exhaust system. Lance (yes, for all those that are familiar with TOYOMOTO.. .. that Lance!!) was dyno testing the new software upgrade and making a few tweaks. He said that they are seeing considerable gains but want to make sure everything is perfect before actually bringing it to market. The exhaust was in the final stages. It is said to be about 37lbs or so (100% polished stainless steel design); I cannot disclose the horsepower figures as yet since testing is still being conducted. I took a few pictures. I will try to upload them later since I am at work now. Toyota has limitations on what you can and cannot do on the internet .

From what I hear, Lance is going to be heading the 335i Project. I will keep you guys posted on any new information I gather. For all those that are familiar with Active Autowerke and Lance from Toyomoto, should already know. Whatever this team is putting together will not disappoint.

This is good news. Hopefully they will develop a shortshifter next, unless they already have one.

Not sure if the dyno next to it is the 335i's. But it says 335 rwhp?

Can someone clear this up.

Aren't those dyno results from the 330 turbo kit that they were working on? The titles "Zhp330SAE.jpg" make me think so. They were working on a 330 turbo kit but switched to that bad ass M3 turbo kit. If I recall correctly they said that they might revisit the 330 kit after doing the 5 series.
