Dealer has a left over 2010 335i with the following options. MSRP is 53k what is a realistic price for this car with the following options?

6MT, M Sport Package, Premium Package, Navigation System, Logic7 Sound System w/Surround Sound,iPod and USB Adapter.

I Just got a E92 335I, Step, Xdrive, Cold, Premium, Sport, Navi, Satilite, iPod/USB adapter for around that price.

seriously, you should be able to get $5500 discount (3000 off MSRP + $2500 spring drive off rebate).
