Thinking about pulling the trigger on an 08 335i cpo e93 with 24k miles, warranty through march 2012 and cpo through march 2014. Car has nav, sport, premium, automatic, comfort, iPod, park dist, dynamic cruise, sat prep. Got dealer down to 42,500 out the door plus tax.

That sounds pretty good to me -what do you guys think?

Forgot to add that with promotion also get free maintenance through march 2014 too.

That is Rape with a capital R. '08 335i's with low mileage are going for ~$29k at auction. You figure a couple grand for CPO and maybe another grand for dealer profit and you'd be looking at $33k max. Hell, I got my CPO 08 335i sport without premium for under 28k.

He is talking about an E93 Convertible, not a coupe or sedan.

I still think its a bit high. Theres an twin of that car sitting at Open Road BMW in Edison with I think 35K in miles for under for 38,995K. CPO and all.
