Do I have a shot here?

Here is my situation:

I have a 2007 nissan Xterra S with 34K miles on it. I am looking to get rid of this car and pick up two cars instead; one for me (335I) and one for business (truck with a ton. cover - tacoma)

what do you think I can do before going into a dealer. I would probably just want to lease the BMW since I like to trade cars all the time and like change. (never had a car for 3+ years)

Do you think I am being reasonable in this thinking that I can get both new cars for about 550 total? I would go used on the tacoma, but new on the BMW.

Way too many variables being left out, depends on what BMW you want for starters and for lease you can probably get a stripped 328 for about $400 a month or so or get a fully loaded 335 for $750+ a month. Your best bet for a cheaper lease would be to find a leftover model and knock plenty off.
