Wheel Fitment e92 coupe. Will a 265/40/ZR18 rear fit?

I am buying a set of 219m wheels for my 07 335i coupe. The tire sizes are 245/40/ZR18 and 265/40/ZR18. Will I need spacers or any fender work to make these fit or will they go on no problem?

It will probably rub when you have someone in the back and go over a bump. Otherwise should be ok.
My 265/30-19s clear. You will be a little taller (which actually will get the speedo reading about right probably) - so they will probably be more likely to touch at the top

Thanks for the input. Seems like this is a pretty normal swap, but just wanted to make sure. Did you use spacers?

M219 is 8.5x18 ET29 and 9.5x18 ET23

With at 265 (especially a 40 tire) without fender work I cannot imagine that to fit. There is a tread about wheels on the E92, have a look to get an idea what fits and what not.
The front I have also doubts with a 245x40, as you have a coupe....

Called my BMW advisor and he seems to think that on an 18" wheel I should be good to go. He thought with a 19" I would be in some trouble. May have to get some slight fender work as a precaution?
