Has anyone here used BMW of Princeton for their schedule maintenace ? How are their service? Looking to drop it off early morning and wait. How long is the wait overthere. Hate to sit in the showroom for hours.

I didn't buy from them, but used them a few times because it was convenient. They seemed to do a good job for the most part and on my first visit their SA was nice enough to jump through a couple extra hoops for me. Wait time wasn't too bad and they now have the newer pre-owned/service facility on Quakerbridge so you aren't as cramped as you would be on Route 1.

The last time I went there I found a receipt from a nearby WaWa in the car, some dirt/grease marks on the interior and a few extra miles on the odometer than I believed necessary. I didn't like the explanation I got and haven't gone back, but I've also moved closer to Flemington BMW, which is where I bought the car and IMO a much better dealership anyway.

Thanks for the info.... "wawa receipt"... no way...
This reminds me of the news clip that I saw last week about a Mercedes dealership at Rockville center that drove one of the customer's car home and wrecked. Dealer denied any claim because they stated that their policy allows their service team to drive the car home as a test drive. Such a load of crap...
