buy now or buy later?

Hey folks,

I am looking for another car for my parents when they are in HK. But I just can't figure out what to buy 'now'.

3 series will be refreshed in no time... (2 years I suspect)

Should I buy now or later? I don't think there are any deals at the moment though...

Should I wait one more year?

There is no rush for this car, just an extra vehicle to have when parents are in HK.

323i touring 399 with xenon, keyless, sunroof and paddle shift
325i sedan 439 with all the above + idrive if i remember correctly

i think 3 series will be out soon and bmw will have even better deals really soon!

depends which model you are looking for, if its 323 / 325i, you can act now! if not, i will wait and see if there is any 330 / 335 available later on

I wonder if Hong Kong is ever going to get the 328... I think that's the best compromise between power and gas mileage

Definitely F30 would be introduced on year 2012, if you can wait, then wait, if not, get a 2nd hand.

it is for my parents, so maybe I will wait it out. The current deals (thanks to those who flipped me some) seems decent, but I can't seem to justify to purchase a car at that price with it being renewed in 2 years. Over in Canada, I did, but that's because the car over there was a lot cheaper.

Thank for the opinions, I will think about it a little bit more, otherwise I would just let them take the car and I would take the MTR to work when ever they are around
