Exclamation 19 HRE & Lowering suggestion?

I have a e92 335i coupe, installing a set of HRE 560R wheels, now my question is what's the comfortable setting & lowering kits for the ride?

Should I go with the adjustable set up? or Spring lowering kits? Keep in mind, that I don't want to rub, or a ruff ride. Um... not too low, about 1.5 to 2 fingers gap between the fender and the tires...

any suggestion guys>?
