What tint brand?
I'm going to get tints in the next few days. What brand/type should I try to get? I've heard 3M, Pinnacle, ceramic, metallic, etc.

3M is good and what I have but it does have a few tiny 3M logos in the tint. I'm use to it thought.

Seriously? The tint shop never told me that. I'll try it. Thanks!

I'd say it depends on the tint %'s you're considering. I'd recommend Suntek OP if you're looking for 50%, 35% or 20% (or anything lower/higher in intervals of 15%).

I went with Pinnacle 30% all the way around except front windsheild and couldn't be happier

Most tinting professionals as well as automotive review experts, seem to claim that
Huper Optik is the best out there but also the most difficult to work with. If you can afford it, go with Huper Optik. |

I never bought into the 'best tint' crap. At this stage of the game, just about every big name tint company knows how to make tint. Yes there are more expensive brands but I challenge you to sit in a car with huper then a car with solar guard and try to guess which is which.
In my opinion, just go with a good installer and run a non metallic tint (non metallic does not mean ceramic - many don't know this) if you have Nav, Comfort Access, etc. |

I can warmly recommend SUN-GARD. Espicially if your car's rear windows are OEM tinted you can find the right greenish films afterwards to front windows.
