Installing front lip?

I have clear bra on front bumper
Is this ok to 3m tape over clear bra?
or should I remove clear bra and
install?
and how to remove clear bra?
sry for noob question

You should be fine with the clear bra under the lip.

just make sure you don't put any of the 3m tape on any of the clear bra edges. it WILL lift the clear bra up if you ever decide to remove the lip.
