30,000 Miles Schedule Maintenance
I'm at 28,600 miles. My indicator came on saying for me to make an appointment with the dealership to have this taken care of. What does the 30k miles schedule maintenance consist of?
I've been OK when bringing my car for service for oil changes, radiator fluid change, & tire replacement with the Procede installed. Will this 30k miles schedule maintenance require me to have the Procede removed? Thanks

dont mean to be harsh or rude, but how many threads do you see on here daily asking the same thing or people crying about leaving it in and loosing the warranty.
it takes 20 mins to get in there take it out and put everything back. is it really worth the chance?

Thanks for moving me. I usually just stay on the engine side of the forum, I forgot about searching in the Maintenance section as it was 4am in the morning. Usually just leave manual in the trunk.
I google this question and I dot transmission, brake and coolant flush. Is this true?

BMW recommends transmission flush on AT's at about 100,000 miles & call "LIFETIME" on MT's, someone please correct me if I am wrong. However, I'm sure the stealership will be ready to flush your transmission at 28,600 miles on your dime. (Some suggest 50,000 miles if you care enough to want to do it). Brake fluid flush is once every two years. Your CBS will indicate when needed.

I had mine done about a month back. I had other warranty work done and they did my oil change even though it wasn't due for another 2000 miles. So, it was worth the trip to the stealership.

They pretty much didn't do anything. They just checked the car and cleared the rear brakes light and added windshield fluid in.
