tune shop in Seattle area?
Anyone who live in Seattle knows any tuning shops offer cheap price for tuning , good skills for car, and service for customers!

look at bimrs.org -- what came up is http://www.strictlybmw.com/
Now I haven't used them but bimrs is recommended by BMWCCA so I'll probably eventually take my car there after 4 year free maintenance. Don't know about cheap either....

Given they are into racing and have the following statement on the site:
"Our extensive experience with BMW performance has helped us become the leading Dinan Dealer in the Northwest." I thought they might do more than repairs. Maybe or maybe not, but calling and asking won't harm and they might know a good reputable place.
