+1 Factory installed only.
You would have it if you notice some (about 3) ridges on the top portion of your driver and passenger door handles above where the keyhole would be. With the key on you, or in your pocket/purse/etc., you should be able to touch the ridges and the car will lock/unlock. Also, you would be able to start the engine without needing to place the key fob into the slot. If these things are missing then you probably don't have it.

Factory installed only. And most of the time its an option that they normally don't come with.

Sorry to reopen this after like a month just wish there was a way to get it after one has the car. If I had only seen this before I ordered I would so have dropped the $500 for it, nw I just kick myself for not having it. Not that its a HUGE deal, just the more I learn about it the more I wish I would have gotten it.

If you do get it, then you will appreciate it and have no doubt that you did right in buying it. If you don't get comfort access, you will still do just fine. And if you comment about it at all, it will be that you don't understand why people are so lazy, and they should have spent the money on something else. I guess that since you already have your car, you will probably have to join the second group to keep your sanity. |
