Limited run = expensive hoses.

£500 for everything is a good price IMO.

This maybe a silly question, but why spend £500 on silicone hoses? Is there a performance, weight, and/or longevity benefit? Are any of these even measurable?

On our cars not really.

On an old ford yes. Especially a tuned turbo one. Rubber hoses perish with age and oil contamination through years of use. Then under pressure can pop a hole etc which can risk expensive engine damage.

On a new car, running map and few bits etc, Not really worth it unless its for asthetics.
