SWI-PS problems programming

Well as I upgraded my z110bt with xm and amp wires and I'm also tried to install the SWI-PS steering wheel interface with no luck. I can't seem to progrm the damn thing. The instuctions suck. Please help, I have a 2010 335i.

The instructions that came in the box sucks and is outdated. When I had mine installed, the installer couldn't get it to work right, even though I had the latest version of the device. He had to go PAC's website to get the latest instructions for v 1.6.8 and that worked. You can give that a shot.

Yeah the instructions are terrible but on their website they have vehicle specific instructions and are pretty decent to follow. Once you figure it out its a breeze to program.

Thanks guys, do either of you know what version to program for the can 2?I think it's version 2 but I'm not sure

For the swi-can2 the rotary switch needs to be on 0. For the swi-ps the version number is 2.
