Pricing help 09 335 leftover

I found a sweet 09 335 coupe (brand new). The options are navi, premium, sport w 19s, manual trans. The sticker is around 50k. Do you guys think I can get it for 40k. Does anyone have similar previous experiences.

That kinda happened to me, had a CPO close to what I want but I still wasn't sure and a couple days later it was sold. I waited another few weeks but nothing close to what I want so I decided to just order 2011.
I'll say if it's close to what you want get it unless you are kinda leisurely looking for the perfect one; I know it's hard to beat the pricing on CPO compare to brand new.

Well I have searched and searched but couldn't find any manual transmission leftover coupes. I found one convertible but it doesn't have sport package. Guess I will start combing the used cars to find one I like.
