BMW Dealer of the Year?

A quick search around the various BMW forums reveals an incredible number of complaints about the ethics of Motorline BMW.

Can anyone explain how a dealer with such a record gets annointed "Dealer of the Year" by BMW Australia?

Is it a title that you can buy from them to restore your reputation?

I guess that someone there has a sense of humour.

Announced at the inaugural black tie dinner hosted by BMW Group Australia, the Dealer Principal of Motorline BMW, Craig Rose, welcomed the accolade.

“I’m thrilled to win this award for the second time in 3 years and, incredibly proud to be a part of an outstanding, passionate and driven team, without whom none of this would be possible, he said.

“Since opening the doors 12 years ago, Motorline BMW has always strived to set itself apart from the pack. Whether it be though exciting and unique events we conduct or, the way we look after our customers in every department, this award is validation that we are delivering on our promise,” he said.
