Price Check: 06 330i 70k miles

Considering this car as a new daily driver. Car is not a CPO. Has 70k miles, premium package and heated seats plus all the other standard 330i features (xenons, logic7 etc.). It is an automatic. What would be a fair selling price from an independent car dealership? Thanks

Wonder what is making you buy this car which has so many miles, and not a CPO either.
