OEM Blacklines vs Aftermarket

What is the difference between OEM Blacklines and aftermarket ones such as those from Bimmian or **********s?

The DEPO Black line tail lights are a hue darker than the OEM tail lights. The smoked lenses are a great compliment to darker colored cars, dark tint, black window trim, and smoked corners.
