328i Sparkling Graphite Metallic '09/'10

I noticed that the 2010 328i does not have the option of Sparkling Graphite Metallic as the exterior color, on the BMWUSA website.

Was this color discontinued? If so, starting when?

Yes, it's gone. I believe 2008 was the last year to get it.

Thats correct, it was not offered after 2008, too bad too, such a nice color.

according to the 2011 1 series builders online now I think Montego is gone too

We need more colors in the gamut. Don't understand why they would discontinue some colors.

too bad. it's way better than space gray. I've had mine 3 years and love it. Only better color is Jerez black--M3 only.

There are ONLY 5 metallic colors in the 2011 328i/335i Sedans. No Sparkling Graphite and some new blue, replacing the monaco and montego blues.

2011? Perhaps I am not aware of priority 1 option, it does not show up on the BMWNA website in Build Your Own section.

Deep Sea Blue Metallic seems to have replaced BOTH Montego and Monaco.

no priority one does not show up like on the 1 series you can still order lemon, coral red and terra leather but they arent online

u can pay $5000 instead of the $2000 or what ever it is for Metallic to get BMW to do a custom color if you want it that badly

Compare and contrast the color (int. and ext.) options of the 3 Series Sedan to the 5 GT. Seems like ~50%.
