07 328i CPO - a good deal?

Hello everyone,

Have a list of potential CPOs am looking forward towards checking out and would appreciate some input on the pricing:

Year: 2007 e90 328i
Options: ZSP and Xenons (leatherette isn't that great, but i'd much rather have ZSP than ZPP)
Carfax and Autocheck clean

Car1: 30k miles, asking $24500
Car2: 29k miles, asking $25000
Car3: 24k miles, asking $25000

I've read in posts earlier about using galves values and adding CPO costs to it to arrive at a fair price for the vehicles above and have come up with some numbers. However, I would appreciate some input from the experienced buyers. What would be a good pricing for these vehicles. Negotiating with dealers has been a royal pain , but heck ... it's my hard earned money on the table

cheers!
