GP Thunder 8500k -__-

So I got them from E92-Lighting. Super fast shipping and everything. But they SUCK! From other pictures I've seen it looks nothing like it. It doesn't even light up the outer rings and barely the inner ones. Is it just bad bulbs, or I installed them wrong?
