you can remove the rear seat backing and it will yeild a very large opening.

there are 2 latches and 2 bolts...takes about 5 min to do. if you are always going up and down with it it would get old pretty quick.

What r u talking about? your thead has more posts. Perhaps less people are interested in taking over your payment because it's higher than the lease payment in this thread.
Honestly- if you give some incentives maybe more people will bite. :rocks:

Oh man this is an amazing deal. If only it had terra leather How did you
get such an amazing deal? Did you hold the dealer at gunpoint or something?
You still haven't told us how many miles are in your lease.

Buyer Warning! This vehicle has been tampered with and the DSC / DTC wiring has been serviced for repair due to a DIY M Steering wheel install gone bad.

This is my personal experience with this vehicle and its owner.

I ended up backing out of the deal (pre-signing any BMW lease assumption documents) for reasons I feel should be known to prospective buyers. For one thing I made the mistake of trusting him with the BMW application fee ($485) which I sent to him directly, and am currently going thru small claims court to get it back what is due to me (BMW refund a specified amount if you end up not taking it over). he believes he is entitled to a portion of it for 15 minutes of me going to HIS work, during LUNCHTIME to see the vehicle in person.

To Add:
1. Vehicle currently has 3,000+ Miles (new vehicle can be leased with same drive-off)
2. As mentioned, he attempted to install the (m-sport / tech?) steering wheel, and the DSC / DTC was indicating a malfunction ("going crazy")& had to be repaired by BMW (Service Recorded, and falsely considered an 'warranty' item)
3. Not worth the Risk for my Wife, Baby and I considering the wiring also connected to the airbag system.

2. I can sign the same deal (give or take $100 drive-off) for a brand new untampered vehicle - WITHOUT - the worry of the CRITICAL safety components having been serviced before.

I ended up grabing my absolutely prestine 335i with Heated Seats instead of Comfort Access for
First month, DMV Fees (Just @ 1K down) and $577 per month including tax. Its not an un-obtainable deal, in fact its basically 700-1000 over invoice @ BMW captive lease rates - (available on these message boards in the proper section)

Potential buyer - be sure to send your BMW application fee directly to BMW Financial Services! If @ all else, i couldnt keep this knowledge regarding the vehicle safety private, knowing its being bumped back up.

Well we really need to hear both sides of the story but IF what you say is
entirely true then be glad that you didn't buy you car from such a buyer and
I'm sure he won't be selling his car to anyone from in here.

Congrats on your 335 btw.

that is truely an amazing price..... no joke, go on www.bmw.ca , configure the same car, i gaurentee it would be more than $1200 a month....

i would have done it but i'm at an office that only has dial-up.... but i know i'm paying way more than that and i only have a 325i auto, moonroof, cold weather package.
