any reviews on the Dr.independent service in fountain valley

has anybody used this shop before for oil and filter service? what were your experiences? thanks for replies

I've been there before. A really nice, clean, and large shop. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly. They give you a tour of the whole shop, including the back service area. Car wash is included. A little bit expensive, but a whole lot cheaper than the dealer. (I had a $20 off coupon)

I just DYI oilchanges with the Tischer oil change kit. Saves a lot more $ and not terribly hard at all.

appreciate your feedback. the reason i'm thinking of going there is that i was quoted $71.00 for oil change and filter. was assured it was bmw full synthetic oil and oem filter.hard to pass up this deal.
