IC install help-Irvine

Hey guys,
I was halfway installing an IC last night and the dremel i was using to cut the passenger side hose clamp crapped out. Before I go out and get a new one, I was wondering if anyone had one I could borrow or could assist with that bit of the install (i'm nearly half way).

The kicker is there are no electrical outlets in the garage. Has to be batt powered.

Um, why can't it be electrical and just use a long extension cord?

I live in an apt parking structure garage, and on the 5th floor, there are no outlets.
