I actually know this kid. He goes to my little brother's high school, and from what I've seen, I have a feeling that it certainly was a race, and he probably was impaired.

Yes but this incident just backs up my point. Im not saying all teens, but a good amount of teens die or are injured in car accidents that "They" cause. There is always the exception that they were the victim of a car crash but honestly who would you believe?
