Fog light wiring experts here??

My 06 323 didn't come with fogs and apparently its gonna cost alot of money to add in fogs like oem. My question is if i bought one of those DDtuning hid kit can i hook it up to my night time headlights so it will automatically turn on when night light turns on?? I know its probably not that simple just wanna see what complicated the task would be.

sounds possible but probably need all the harnesses switches, definitely programming from dealer.
