Hi-Low Line Converters

does my aftermarket amp have to have preamp outputs in order for me to use the hi-low converter when adding to my stock system?

your amp needs inputs not outputs.. most if not all have them.
speaker wires -> amp -> speakers

ahh, thanks M335i. if there was some type of reputation/thanks button i would have hit it 1000 times. so confusing and when i called up stores, they didn't know themselves errr. anyways. thanks for the clarification!
