Glow Ignition Codes

I did a search but I am a but confused.

I have 3 glow ignition codes. 30F2, 30F1, 30EF, all happened about 300 miles ago. What is weird I think is that the dealer just replaced all of my plugs about 400 miles ago.

I also have vanos codes but I can deal with that.

I am running JB3 2.0 map 5 with BMS DCI as the mods..

What to do?

Could just be some bad gas. If you can recreate you'll likely need to go down to map 3.

Map 3, bleh... I am going to clear them and see what happens.

If i clear the shadow codes it will clear the vanos codes and 3100 from shadow, but leave them in the current codes, can i go get my vanos fixed like that or will it be weird that there are no shadow codes for that?

You need to find the cause for the glow ignition and eliminate it. Reduce the boost and don't drive the car with glow ignition codes popping up now and then. Glow ignitions are extremely dangerous and a proven way to ruin an engine on no-time.

So I guess I will clear them and see if they come back one time?

It's possible the dealer just reset all your long term adaptions which can trigger the codes and also bad has is a possibility. I would do some testing to see if you can recreate on map 3 and then go back to 5 assuming you can't and retest that.

I would check that the spark plugs are seated properly, and also inspect them. Also consult Terry to see if map 5 is OK with just DCI as support mod. Perhaps it is too much boost for this, I'm not sure. In case the boost level (map selection) is OK, it may be a failed injector, i.e. bring the car to the dealer.
