Looking to get OSS in CA. How?

Hey guys, I am here on behalf of a friend who wants to get some LED angel eyes for his 07 335i Coupe. After a little research on here I found that OSS seems like the best way to do this. We are out in Berkeley, CA and I think they only do the conversion in house. How can we get this mod done out here? He would prefer a professional to do the changes for him.

You can buy a set that are already converted and trade yours in, I am pretty sure I can source it for you

Could the installation or swap include the deletion of the amber reflector (pre-lci)?

Pre-LCI E90s can be done no prob
