Ok - this may seem lame - but how do you set your seat position to be automatic when you jump in the car?

I can't find the idrive option anywhere!

Try >Settings >Door locks >then tick "Last Seat Position Auto"

legend - thanks mate - strange that it sits in door locks!

I guess they bundled it in with "what personal settings would you like when you unlock the door", rather than having a separate category.
