Sorry to hear about your accident. Like quite a few people say, "Go to Long Tran." I didn't Get to go through Long because my accident was heavier in terms of repairs but yours seems to be just bumper and tail light. Those are simple to switch out so you might get lucky and be able to cash out depending on how strict your insurance company is. If you don't get to cash out, then going to the repair shop isn't bad sometimes because they can get discounts too and luckily the one I went with had a contract with BMW so I didn't have to pay the difference for my Performance bumper.

Best of luck OP and hopefully you'll be rolling around with an mtech rear soon!

Thanks Truong!
I was suppose to meet up with u this weekend.. but with my car being in the shop, i am going tohave to set all mods aside for now.

I recently took it to Diamond Auto body just to get an Estimate. The guy that did my estimate was Certified in bmw sheet metal and alluminum. First thing he said to me was "Ouch, hurts to see an E-92 damaged" I responed "I see you're knowledge of the Chasis codes" and so on and so on.. lol
It's good to know that he knows his shi7.

Planning on taking it to another shop for another estimate to see if they will work with me on getting the Mtech..

Oh yeah..Diamond auto body said they will see what the differ is between the mtech and the orginal bumper and see what we can do.

The diffusor is on national backorder according to BMW in Long Beach...So i would start looking for one locally FS. (plus i wouldnt pay $143 for a new OEM one) they can be had for <$100 used...

The difference in price between the bare OEM bumpers is only $100

There is another piece of molding that goes above the diffusor and thats like $56 new
