Methanol before & after dyno pulls

Hey guys, did some comparative dyno pulls with methanol & 93pump vs no methanol 93pump..

135i 6mt
JB3 2.0 18ohm Map 1
AR downpipes
Custom 3" Exhaust
BMS Intake
Active autowerke IC
Stett charge pipe
Coolingmist meth kit M7 nozzle
90/10 methanol mix
93 pump
88 degrees ambient / ??% Humidity (Gotta love South Florida -_-)

Gotta go back and test with 100% methanol

For the no-meth run, did you just turn off meth and keep the same map (18-19psi boost)??

Nice numbers.

However, I would not put in 100% methanol - it is highly flammable in that concentration, which is why most companies selling meth kits (e.g. Snow Performance) recommend a 50/50 mixture. I think 66/33 is still safe enough, but I would not be comfortable flowing 90/10 and even less 100% methanol through the extremely hot engine bay. One small leak and you'll have a very expensive bonfire.

For the non-meth 400whp/418tq run, I was on Map 1 w/ settings almost equivalent to Map 8. 16.x lbs of boost, give or take..

Yes, the Map 0 runs are full bolt ons, no meth, stock mapping
