Agreed, personally i think the Brera is an awesome looking car, pity that the V6 is like $95k, so there's not point to it... then again... i might just get the missus one for awhile...

yeah fully...haha
i ended up going to the motor show in the end wen last nite with a few friends it was ok....not really anything there that i hadn't seen before apart from the hummer H3 (disapointed - it's so plastic inside - and it's the tiny one...wanted to get in a huge huge HUGE car) and saw an audi S5 - it was an international release of it so good to be one of the first in the world to see it - but then again it's an audi so who cares? hahaha finally sat in a TT and it's TINY - that's saying a lot considering i drive a MINI! ![]() all in all it was ok coz i do love cars etc - lucky my ticket was free!! ![]() and yes, in case ur wondering, there were lambos, astons, ferraris, porsches etc etc but nothing really new that i hadn't seen before and yes there was kia ![]() so disapointed that MINI didn't have a stand with their new car being launched like this week in sydney and in a few weeks in melb....stupid move if u ask me

I can vouch for that first hand having just got out of one. The wholesalers don't want them and all they can do is talk about how problematic they are. I can honestly say that after 4 years of Alfa ownership, it had less problems over the years than my E39 5 series that I still also own. The only reason I kept the 5 and not the Alfa was my wife wont drive a manual (I had a Selespeed but it's still a manual but clutchless).
CHRISG - It's well known the 147 GTA's have diferential problems (they blow up) Ateco (importer who handles warrenty claims) will do it's best to not honor a warrenty claim. This sucks and probably was the real reason why I didn't go back to Alfa. Funny since Ateco also handle Ferrari and Maserati. I can't see them treating those owners the same way. One thing BMW know how to do is keep customers happy by attending to warrenty claims quickly and without a fuss. |

I'd disagree on the 156GTA having engine problems. That 3.2L is the sweatest but it's downfall is it is in a front wheel drive. AWD would be fantastic. Funny thing, the 156GTA never had diff problems but the 147GTA is well known to blow diffs.
