CF rear diffuser, need to cut out for dual exhaust

just got my CF rear diffuser, and I am waiting for the M-tech rear bumper to arrive, I need to have the right side cut out for my eisenmann dual exhaust, my question is: what is my best bet to have this done? body shop? or anyone know of anyone in SoCal that can do it? I really want it to come out perfect

Longtran and KSfrogman has the quads ... they are both in so cal
