800# Status Question

The 800# says "in Transit" even when the car is in VPC...does it change at sometime and what would it say next?

When I took delivery back in Oct the 800# said it was "intransit", even with the car at the dealer. I just kept calling my sa.

Thanks that really helps to know. Its been telling me "in transit" for the past few weeks.
