2007 BMW 335i Coupe deal good?

Ppl,

i am interested in 2007 335i coupe, 31k miles, fully loaded
Sport
premium
Cold weather
nav
Active steering
PDC
sunshade
comfort access
Sat and HD radio
Brand new tires ( all 4)

its gray color and I like the car.

It was previously leased and car fax is 1 owner clean

THe dealer starting price was 34 994
after negotiating...it came down only to 33 200

i started off at 30,500 considering it was hard loaded.

what would be a good deal to settle down.

Search on this same forum for posts by TJDiCandido, who has advised many people on coming up with a fair price for a CPO.

Good luck.
