stock shocks

how long does the shocks suppose to last i have an e90 325i 2006 with 55000mi
should i change them????
what do you think about bilstein b4 the black ones??

I have about 65k on my sport shocks. I am about to replace the entire suspension (shocks and springs) with eibach pros and koni yellows. your shocks should still be fine. they wont give out for a while, but if you dont have zsp, then definitely go with something a little better. your car will handle so much better.

I replaced just the rear shocks with a set of take offs on my 330 at 55k miles and it made a world of difference.
