Procede V4 6/16 Default Map 2 - Only 106.5 trap?

Hey guys. Just went to the strip for the first time since installing V4. Best trap I can get is 106.5 on map 2 default settings.

Car has been adapted, and air temp is 72 degrees. Running 92 octane. Let 1-2 shift happen by itself then shift at 6300 for other shifts.

Any clues? Was hoping for a 109 or 110 trap.

Cheers,

For what it worth, I did 8 runs. Before the last three I tried switching off to valet mode, and then back to map 2 to see if I could reset adaptation. Fastest trap after going back to map 2 was 104. I ran that at the same track stock.

How big of a difference is seat of the pants for valet an map 2? I don't notice a ton.

If you aren't seeing much of a difference between valet and map1 or 2, something is wrong. But without knowing more info from datalogs, I can't really suggest anything. It would be useful to confirm, among other things, what boost you are running and that you are really in a performance map.

If you suspect something is mechanically wrong with the unit, send it in for inspection. It's free and certainly worth doing since u purchased it used I'm guessing.

I need to get a serial adapter. I will try to get one tomorrow so that I can log what is happening.

I verified the map switch via the double flash on the dash after setting it with the DTC map switch function.

My only mods are AFE DCI and the V4.

Do u know the map settings? Are you 100% sure they are the default values. If you buy a used procede, it's really important to make sure that you can load the maps yourself. Who knows what the previous owner ran.

Did you ever get to see the settings that was on the Procede before or after installing by connecting it to a laptop. It could be the settings or max boost is wrong.

I purchased it from a user on here but it was brand spanking new. Harness was still sealed in plastic wrap. I will see about getting data logs sorted tomorrow evening. Only real way to tell what is up.
