I believe the OP was refering to the POD itself and not the gauge...

As far as where you can find that mount... its not a Pod per se... Just a medal clip to place the gauge on.
I'm pretty sure you can find it in a Summit Racing magazine... Made by Autometer... But dont quote me

Would it not come with, most do. The one posted appears to be a stock inverted mount from what I see.

If not, this should work , , http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Unive...Q5fAccessories

I'd love to have a gauge there. Wish Rix still sold his gauge pod...

You're right... that is an OOOLLLLD post back from 2008 or something... and now that you mention i do recall him saying he took and exhaust clamp and used 2-sided tape to stick it to his dash.. it fit a 52mm gauge perfectly...

Mr. 5 did it that way, check his boos guage DIY, I might resort to that method. It's just the bottom of the clamp, not the "u bolt"

X...

BUMP, updated.

This is what I came up with for a mounting solution

I mounted the guage to the pillar (with just a tiny screw hole drilled through it) and the lines run through the small vent just under the guage.

I will need to get a "cup" for the backside of the pod because it looks unfinished out there now, I will update when I get done. The only other thing I would like to change is the guage lights up when the power is on now, I'd like to undo that.

Isnt there an airbag in the window pillar?
Hence the reason no one manufactures a window pillar pod for our E9x...
If you get into and accident that thing is flying off.
