Bolt pattern: 5 X 120 mm

it sais Came off a 2009 BMW 3 series
It is known to fit all BMW E90, E91, E92, E93 3 series except M3 or all wheel dive(X) models

That's the wrong profile tires, should be 35 in front and 30 in rear, like this 245/35/19 and 275/30/19.

The e90/e92 OEM size for those wheels are 225/35/19 and 255/30/19.

In your first post you wrote 245/40/19 and 275/35/19, and thats to tall, but you could go with 245/35/19 and 245/30/19.

too tall, this is the data of those 19 inch rims: front: 19x8 (37mm offset)
rear: 19x9 (39mm offset), so will i have problems with those tyres potenza 245/40/19 and 275/35/19? because here in lithuania we have bad roads and to have rubber on a rim its not a bad idea, i am not talking about countries like usa where roads are super

p.s i dont have any drop and as i saw there is plenty of space in the underwing. Maybe somebody use that type of tyres here?

Yes, these sizes can cause problems during compression. The sidewalls are a bit too tall for your vehicle. I would recommend the 35 front and the 30 rear.

On those wheels I'd go with 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 or 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. No rubbing.

+1000 . if you dont like the squared look (i hate it) stick to 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 which is totally OEM size for e92.
