Does anybody know how this effects us guys in UK and more specifically the 3 series?

Not about the 3 - But i found out that the X5 will get the upgrades from week 40. But then it is built in the US. My car is week 38 - but the mods are pretty minor, and i don't plan on emailing from the car

Someone already commented on this in another thread but it's always risky basing any suppositions on the American specification - for example, they have the BMW Business sound as standard but they don't get an alarm.

I haven't looked at the doc closely. But one advantage of the new system for IPhone people is getting rid of Y cable i.e the need to use Aux in. I would never touch Itunes and never get an Iphone so no big deal for me. Also the Bluetooth audio streaming (i get that through 6NF not that i'm that fussed but i spec'd it for the potential). And Mobile Office on Blackberrys All stuff that i'm not really fussed about to be honest! |
