Gas tank issue
Ive had a leased 2010 e92 328 xdrive since the end of march. It currently has about 4500 miles on it. Since I have gotten the car I have had issues with the gas tank not filling up to full. Sometimes it would stop filling after a half gallon or a few gallons. This issue happens on an off and doesn't seem to be specific gas stations or pumps.
I have taken the car to the dealership twice now. The first time they replaced the whole gas tank which did not fix the issue and the second time they replaced the pipe from the nozzle to the gas tank which also did not fix the issue. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue? And also if my dealership cannot fix this problem again, am I eligible for the BMW trade assist program?

I have tried that already....tried almost everything before I even took it to the dealer...this is definitely an issue with the car and not an issue while filling it up.
