Removing rear sensor tabs and exterioir trim

Hello all,

I am planning to do a matte black vinyl self-wrap project for my e93 and wanted to do a clean thorough job.

With that being said, I need to remove things to get in the cracks so that I can conceal the Alpine White. I just need help on learning how to remove two things. I have already searched hard and couldn't really find the answer I was looking for.

1st- Is there a safe and recommended way to remove the rear sensor cover tabs? Common knowledge tells me to pry and pop it off but I needed to know will that damage my sensors (i.e. are the sensors connected to the cover tabs?) Or is this something that will require me to remove the whole back bumper?

2nd- Any tips and methods you can share on safely removing the exterior trim on the e93 without possibly snapping any clips or breaking/bending the trim? Any pictures or videos is much appreciated!

In return I will document my project and put it in the DIY when it goes through! Thanks in advance everyone!
