E92 HID fog light help needed.Urgent

Hi all,
i am trying to resolve the hid fog light error warning but failed.
It flicker and caused error warning.
Then, i tried 10000uf 25V capacitor, no flicker but error warning stay.
Tried another 10000uf 35V, no flicker but error warning stay, but for a while only.

Today, i tried another one, this time with 10000uf 50V, same thing.

Guys, please chime in if you know how.

Urgently help needed.
