£250 to 400. Get a rolling road before and after so you know they aren't bulling you.

Aim for 40bhp. No more I'd say. The turbos are better than e46 variant but not bullet proof

Not to say worry about it, but might as well err on the side of caution,

Go to Performance torque they will do what's best for you and your car
